If you are not comfortable driving in alpine conditions, we offer a transport service between our resort entry point and the village. If parking at our resort entry point, you must also purchase a Resort Entry Pass for your car.

HOW TO BOOK:

Select your journey type in the calendar or drop down menu. Your ticket is a return ticket. Tickets are free for children 6 and under but still must be purchased in advance due to limited capacity.

  • ARRIVE ON TIME, SHUTTLES DEPART ON SCHEDULE
  • Arrivals: Please park in Chain Bay parking and wait by chain bay for shuttles to Village
  • Departures: Please meet at the front of the Visitor Centre (change rooms and toilets) in Carpark 1
  • Do not book 10:00am lessons if you're catching early arrival shuttles

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The shuttle service is not suitable for children that require a car seat
  • The Resort does not provide refunds in the event of clear weather conditions.
  • Resort Entry permit must be purchased to cover your parking at Resort Entry. 
  • Refunds are not provided for missed shuttles, lessons or other products.

We only have surface lifts here at Mt Baw Baw, not chair lifts for sightseeing. You must be on skis or a snowboard to use our ski lifts. Every person must have a visible lift pass to access the ski areas. Please note: A Snowsports pass can only be purchased online for the 4th of July 2025 onwards. Ski Lifts will only be operating dependent on natural snowfall (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until the start of Victorian School Holidays, July 4th, 2025. Lifts will then run every day until the end of August. Weather conditions will dictate operating days in September.
