Please confirm * Every person 4 years or older will need to purchase a toboggan pass to enter the toboggan park. You will need to collect your ticket from the Toboggan Shed near the park on weekends.

THE PURCHASE OF THE TOBOGGAN PASS IS FOR THE USE OF THE MAINTAINED TOBOGGAN AREA. I UNDERSTAND THAT MT BAW BAW EVDEAVORS TO KEEP THE MAGIC CARPET RUNNING IN THE TOBOGGAN PARK AT ALL TIMES. HOWEVER, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY ARISE AND IT MAY NOT BE OPREATIONAL DURING MY TIME OF VISIT.

Overview

A Toboggan Park Pass is required to toboggan at the Resort and covers the cost of snowmaking, staffing, safety and insurance.

Monday to Friday Sessions:

All day OR 9:15am-12:45pm, 12-45pm-4:15pm

Saturday and Sunday Sessions:

9:15am-11am, 11am-12:45pm, 12:45pm-2:30pm, 2:30pm-4:15pm

Important information:

This ticket is for park access only, this doesn't include toboggan hire or guarantee that the Magic Carpet will operate.
You can hire toboggans on the mountain, bring your own or rent on the way.
Moulded "sit-in" plastic toboggans only. Inflatable objects, snow bikes and non standard toboggans are prohibited.
If you are late to your session time, you will be able to join for the remainder of the allocated session. However, you will not be able to make up time lost in an additional session. If you miss the session, we will try our best to find an alternate time slot, however, please keep in mind this is not guaranteed, and we are unable to provide refunds.
No refund will be given for no-shows on the day of booking or in the event the magic carpet is not operating.

Failing to follow the instructions of staff; or using your toboggan in any area outside of the designated toboggan parks may result in refusal of service

Toboggan Hire & Access Pass

NOTE: If toboggan hire is sold out, passes are still available by booking by purchasing a "Toboggan Pass only" product. This is a pass for the use of our toboggan park for 1 session plus toboggan hire for that session. Every person entering the toboggan park will need their own pass.

Adult (16-64) Snowsports Pass

We only have surface lifts here at Mt Baw Baw, not chair lifts for sightseeing. You must be on skis or a snowboard to use our ski lifts. Every person must have a visible lift pass to access the ski areas. Please note: A Snowsports pass can only be purchased online for the 4th of July 2025 onwards. Ski Lifts will only be operating dependent on natural snowfall (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until the start of Victorian School Holidays, July 4th, 2025. Lifts will then run every day until the end of August. Weather conditions will dictate operating days in September.
