Media Release: Mt Baw Baw has launched it's most comprehensive online product offering

Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort has launched the most comprehensive range of pre-purchasable, online products and services in the history of the Resort.

From 14th June, 2020 Resort Entry, Chain Hire, Lessons, Lift & Toboggan Passes have all been listed online for pre-purchase. "It marks the first time we've had group lessons online which is something that customers have been looking for ever since we launched our eStore in 2018" said Mt Baw Baw Retail Coordinator Jarryd Biffin. Lift passes can currently be booked until July 3rd and will be released in blocks after that as snow conditions become clearer.

As visitation to the Resort has increased singificantly in past seasons, online pre-sales have become increasingly important in reducing delays associated with on-arrival purchases. "We encourage all customers to book online in advance to save time. It also allows us to meet our COVID-safe operating plan by minimising contact".

As with other Victorian Resorts, COVID-19 caps on visitor numbers and lift passes sold has increased the importance of online purchasing. "All Resort Entry must be pre-purchased before arrival at the Resort, we also recommend booking lessons, lift passes and toboggan sessions in advance to avoid missing out".
