Looking for a snowsport lesson the whole family can enjoy? The Family Instructor is designed for families and provides an instructor who can work with everyone regardless of skill level or discipline. With the Family Instructor, you can decide how much time the instructor spends with each family member, ensuring everyone gets the attention they need to learn or improve their skills. In addition, the instructor can teach skiing, snowboarding, and XC skiing at different levels in one lesson. Enjoy your day in the snow together as a family. Ski Hire and Lift Passes are not included and can be booked in advance through this online store.

 

 Please carefully read our T&Cs below:  

  1. All lessons do not include a lift pass for the day. Lift passes will need to be purchased separately. Lift tickets are a requirement in all lessons. 
  2. Please note that ski/snowboard hire is not included in the price and must be arranged separately.  
  3. To pre-book equipment hire or for more information please follow the link mountbawbaw.com.au/rentals. 
  4. Please allow at least 1 hour to collect your equipment as it can be busy it also takes some time to ensure everything is comfortable.  
  5. Everyone MUST be wearing a helmet to join the lesson. Helmets are available to hire from our retail store.
  6. Please arrive at the snow sports ticket office ready with all your equipment at least 30 minutes prior to your lesson start time. A grace period of 10 minutes applies if you are late to your lesson, however we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join after this time. We will try our best to find an alternate lesson slot, however, please keep in mind this is not guaranteed and we are unable to provide refunds. 
  7. Drink and toilet breaks will be taken throughout a childrens lesson upon the instructors discretion. 
  8. Refunds will not be provided for cancellation on day of lesson. 

If there are any mistakes with your booking, or you would like to make a cancellation or any adjustments please contact us as soon as possible on (03) 5165 1136.
